The Apartment is just as you see it in the pictures. Impeccable and with all the amenities and utensils for cooking. My family was very happy. Marlon was always available for any questions. Brenda helped us recommending some restaurants. I definitely come back. Thank you for everything!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Marlon’s condo. The location was awesome, only 2 blocks from ocean and very walkable to the square (approx. 1km). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds are very comfortable as are all of the furnishings. The covered patios are great and allow you to enjoy the outdoors even during a rain storm. The ground level pool and surrounding area are really nice and well cared for by staff. The rooftop pool area offers beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The secure indoor parking is an added bonus. The wifi was lightning fast and the washer/dryer came in handy for our month there. Marlon and his property manager Brenda were always quick to respond to questions and checked in periodically to see how our stay was going. We really appreciated this. We will definitely book this condo again.
We spent over a week in Christmas and new year in this property. it was great very well located and the apartment has a lot of space for all 8 of us. We really enjoyed our time in Cozumel. Brenda and Marlon were excellent host. Thanks for everything. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we have the opportunity to visit the island again.
We would definitely stay here again! What a beautiful condo with lots of little touches. We had everything we needed for the kitchen, plenty of towels for the condo and pool. We really liked the kitchen/table layout. Comfortable beds with a variety of a bit more firm to a little less firm. It was quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and little stores. We did have a car though. Our stay happened to fall during a hurricane and our host Brenda was wonderful at ensuring the condo was prepared for safety. She was always quick to respond with questions and very friendly. What a great little gem of a place and we look forward to coming back.
This is a nice place. Very comfortable. The washer dryer set up was top-of-the-line. The living room furniture was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The AC was perfect. The pools were well kept and clean. Very nice. The place is secure. We like it because it’s just on the edge of Central so very quiet but still very walkable. We walked all over the place every day. The apartment is the same as the photos shown, the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, the attention of the hosts excellent, I totally recommend it, the area is very quiet, especially for relaxing or spending time with friends.
